1. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the baggage claim area and reach the Exit doors leading to the arrivals/pickup area.
2. Once outside, look for the designated “Passenger Pick-Up” areas.  There are separate areas for private vehicles and ride-share services like Uber/Lyft.
3. For private vehicles, there are two levels of pickup areas:
   • • The outer lanes allow quick pick-ups and drop-offs (no parking allowed).
     • The inner lanes have a parking area where drivers can wait for arriving passengers.
4. Let me know which airline you arrived on and which baggage claim area you’ll exit from. This will help me find the best pickup area for your specific terminal.
5. Once you reach the designated pickup area, you can call or text me your location, such as the door number or the nearby signage.
6. If you have any difficulty finding me or need any assistance, rest assured that there are always airport staff and volunteers ready to guide you.
